It snowed most of yesterday afternoon but started to clear right before sunset. I headed up to the foothills, camera in hand.
As so often happens in the winter, the eastern sky was full of soft, fluffy pink clouds, with a tiny bit of light left on the highest part of the mountains.
Outside the frame of the first photo, an on-its-way-to-full moon was rising above the rapidly moving pink clouds in the video below.1
